Tropical Traditions Coconut Flakes Win

I'm in coconut heaven! Just received the gallon pail (2 lbs) of Tropical Traditions Dried Organic Flaked Coconut that I won from Sweeps4Bloggers. Tastes great, looking forward to making the Coconut Macaroons Recipe from Tropical Traditions site, just have to decide if heating up the house is worth it. Anyways, thanks to both!

Junie and I went to dinner at Chili's Friday night to use the coupons she won at the end of February from Sweeps4Bloggers for the Guiltless Grill menu. We split the Chicken Platter and Carne Asada Steak dinners and I have to say we enjoyed both of them.
