Happy Mother's Day!
It's supposed to be a beautiful day here, the temperature is forecast to hit 90, a little warm, but still nice. Of all days to decide to cook, Junie and I decided we are going to BBQ today, but we'll make up enough to eat for a few days without having to cook again. Planning on a beef roast, potato salad, pickled beets and baked beans. Already hungry!
